Meowdoku Level 921 Walkthrough
IntermediateMeowdoku Level 921 is a region-based logic puzzle. The board is split into colored regions, and you have to place exactly one cat in each region — while no two cats share a row or a column, and no two cats touch each other, not even diagonally. Level 921 sits in the Intermediate tier, which means bigger boards where the easy placements run out early and the solve needs a few elimination passes. Every move is a deduction rather than a guess: you get three hearts, so a board you cannot justify is a board you should not tap.

How to solve a intermediate Meowdoku board – Meowdoku Tips
Eliminate before you place
On this tier the opening placements are rarely obvious, so work the other way round: find a region where every square is blocked except one, or a row whose remaining candidates all fall inside a single region.
Use locked regions
If every square a region can still use sits in the same row, that row's cat must come from that region — so every other square in that row can be marked. The same trick works with columns.
Never spend a heart
You get three mistakes and no undo. When a board stops giving you forced moves, mark Xs instead of placing a cat; a wrong guess costs a heart, a wrong X only costs a second.
Meowdoku Level 921 — frequently asked questions
- How do I solve Meowdoku Level 921?
- Place one cat in every colored region so that no two cats share a row or column and no two cats touch diagonally. Start with regions that only have one possible square, then after each cat mark every square its row, column, region and diagonal neighbours rule out. Level 921 is Intermediate difficulty, so bigger boards where the easy placements run out early and the solve needs a few elimination passes.
- What are the rules of Meowdoku?
- Three rules decide every board: exactly one cat per colored region, exactly one cat per row and per column, and no two cats touching — not even diagonally. There is no arithmetic and no number placement; the whole puzzle is constraint and elimination.
- What difficulty is Level 921 in Meowdoku?
- Level 921 sits in the Intermediate tier on this site: bigger boards where the easy placements run out early and the solve needs a few elimination passes. The tier is a guide to how much planning the board asks for — the earlier tiers usually hand you a placement on sight, the later ones make you eliminate first.
- Is there a video walkthrough for this Meowdoku level?
- Yes — the walkthrough video on this page plays the full solve of this board, so you can follow the placements and the X marks in order. Watch it once for the opening, then solve the rest yourself.
